Throttle friction adjuster bolt for Parsun tiller-handle outboards including F15, F20A, F20AEFI, F25 and F40 models.
Installed in the steering-handle assembly beside the friction pieces and adjuster hardware, it lets the operator increase or reduce throttle-grip drag so the chosen opening stays steadier in use.
