This toothed synchronous belt drives the camshaft in time with the crankshaft on the Parsun F9.8 four-stroke engine.

Because valve timing depends on accurate belt tracking and tooth condition, it is a critical Parsun outboard motor part to inspect and replace before age or wear can compromise timing control.
