2. Prices and orders

Prices are in EUR and displayed including 25% VAT. The final total, including applicable VAT and shipping, is shown at checkout before payment. Payments are processed through Stripe.

The automatic order copy acknowledges receipt of your order. Your order is accepted when we send our manual order confirmation. If we cannot accept it, any payment will be refunded.

3. Delivery

Orders ship from Sweden. In-stock orders normally arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on destination. Orders placed before 14:00 Swedish local time are normally dispatched the same business day.

For backordered parts, displayed dates estimate arrival at our warehouse; allow a further 1–5 business days for delivery to you.

If a parcel is returned because you did not collect it or supplied an incorrect address, we may charge reasonable actual return and handling costs. This does not apply where we or the carrier caused the problem. Not collecting a parcel does not itself cancel your order.

4. Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a private customer, you may withdraw by notifying us within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. For an order delivered in separate shipments, this period starts when you receive the last item.

Contact us, for example by email, or use the optional model withdrawal form. Send the goods to our return address within 14 days after notifying us. You pay the direct return shipping costs.

You may inspect the goods. We may deduct any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Pack returns securely, preferably in their original packaging.

We refund payments within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method and without refund fees. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever comes first. When you withdraw from the whole order, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

Exceptions

  • Parts marked "Special Order" - these are ordered specifically for you.
  • Electronic parts and components - we cannot verify the functionality of returned electronic items.

5. Defects and complaints

Private customers have statutory rights for defects present at delivery that become apparent within three years. To report a defect, contact us using the details in section 1. We handle claims in accordance with applicable consumer law. No additional commercial warranty is provided unless expressly stated.

6. Business purchases

Business purchases have no statutory right of withdrawal. Returns of non-defective goods require our prior written agreement.

7. Applicable law and disputes

Swedish law applies, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.

If we cannot resolve a complaint, private customers may refer eligible disputes to Sweden’s National Board for Consumer Disputes, ARN, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden. Private customers may also bring proceedings in their country of residence where applicable law allows.
