Parsun Start-up wheel

The starter rope winds onto F4-04130019, the sheave drum used in recoil starter assemblies on Parsun F4 and F6A outboards.

This rotating drum works with the pawls, springs and center fastener to convert rope pull into starter engagement.

Compatible with Yamaha 67D-15714-00.
