F15-01030001 is the tiller steering handle assembly used on Parsun F15, F20A, F20AEFI, F25 and F40 outboard motors.
It provides the operator with direct steering control and includes the integrated throttle grip, which turns counterclockwise to increase engine speed and clockwise to reduce it, making this assembly the primary manual control interface for steering and throttle operation.
