F2.6-04070006 is the press plate used in the recoil starter assembly on Parsun F2.6 outboard motors.
The service manual identifies it in the starter disassembly sequence with the drive pawls, where it forms part of the engagement hardware that transfers pull-start force through the recoil starter mechanism.
