F2.6-04070004 is the sheave drum used in the recoil starter assembly on Parsun F2.6 outboard motors.
The service manual shows it as the rope-winding drum in the manual starter, where the starter rope wraps around the drum and the drum works with the volute spring, drive pawls and press plate to crank the engine during pull-start operation.
Compatible with Yamaha 69M-15714-00.
