Parsun Starter motor

This starter motor cranks the engine on electric-start Parsun F9.9/F15 outboards by engaging the flywheel during starting.

Replace it when the motor turns weakly, fails to engage consistently, or has electrical or mechanical wear that prevents reliable starting.
