Parsun Primer bulb assembly

Before a cold start, the F5A/F6A owner manual calls for squeezing the primer pump until it becomes firm.

This manual pump assembly is that fuel-system priming part, helping move fuel from the tank toward the carburetor so the Parsun outboard starts more reliably after storage or when the fuel circuit has been opened.
