F15-06000015 is the propeller thrust washer cushion fitted on the propeller shaft of Parsun F15, F20A and F20AEFI outboard motors.
It sits behind the propeller to support the propeller boss and prevent damage to the lower casing, so it should be installed before the propeller during service or propeller replacement.
