F15-01000013 is the steering handle orientation plate used in the tiller-handle assembly of Parsun F15, F20A, F20AEFI, F25 and F40 outboard motors.
It works with the adjoining bushes and washers to position and stabilize the handle joint so the steering handle remains correctly aligned during steering, shifting and throttle operation.
Compatible with Yamaha 65W-42131-01.
