F15-07130001 is the drive plate in the recoil starter mechanism of Parsun F15 outboard motors.
During starter operation it works with the drive plate spring and adjoining starter clutch parts to transmit pulling force from the recoil starter into the engine starting mechanism.
Compatible with Yamaha 63V-15716-00.
