F15-06000013 is the woodruff key used in the lower casing and water-pump drive area of Parsun F15, F20A and F20AEFI outboard motors.
This semicircular shaft key locks the mating component into position on the shaft so rotating lower-unit or pump-drive parts can stay correctly indexed during operation.
