F15-07130203 is the tension spring used in the recoil starter assembly of Parsun F15, F20A and F20AEFI outboard motors.
It loads the pawl link and drive pawl so the starter clutch parts engage correctly during manual starting and release properly afterward.
Compatible with Yamaha 63V-15767-00.
