F15-06070004 is the clutch pin used in the dog-clutch assembly of Parsun outboard lower units including F15, F20A, F20AEFI and F25 models.
It is the dedicated locating and retaining pin in the clutch stack that works with the dog clutch, clutch ring, plunger and spring during gear engagement.
