Carrying water away from the lower-unit pump, F4-03000021 is the rubber tube used in the cooling system on Parsun F2.6 and F4 outboards.
Its flexible hose form connects the pump discharge to the next cooling passage while allowing the lower-drive assembly to seal and fit correctly.
