F2.6-04070007 is the starter rope used in the recoil starter assembly on Parsun F2.6 outboard motors.
The service manual identifies it as the 3 mm nylon braided starter wire that winds around the sheave drum, and the owner manual documents it as the pull-start line used to crank the engine during manual starting.
