This complete remote control box assembly is used on Parsun F9.8, F15, and F20 outboard engines with carburetors and is not intended for EFI models.
From the helm it provides electric-start operation together with forward, neutral, and reverse gear selection plus throttle control, making it the correct Parsun spare part when the original remote box needs replacement.
