F2.6-01030001 is the swivel bracket that forms the main pivoting bracket structure on Parsun F2.6 outboard motors.
It enables the motor to steer through full bracket rotation and supports the tilt and trim positions used to change motor angle and raise the engine for shallow water or storage.
