F2.6-03000009 is the O-ring used in the water pump assembly on Parsun F2.6, F4 and F9.8 outboard motors.
The service manual identifies it as the water-pump inner-housing O-ring, where it seals the pump assembly against water leakage, and it is treated as a one-time-use seal during lower-unit service and reassembly.
Compatible with Yamaha 6L2-44147-00.
