F15-01000001 is the upper bearing bush used in the bracket steering joint on Parsun F15, F20A and F20AEFI outboards.
Installed with the lower bush and sealing O-ring, it provides the bearing surface that supports rotary movement in this part of the bracket assembly.
Compatible with Yamaha 65F-42537-00.
