Two of these nylon pin bushings are used in the Parsun F25 and F40 Bracket 1 assembly around the detent-pin and tilt-plate hardware.
Their job is to cushion the pin fit, reduce wear on the surrounding parts and help the tilt-detent mechanism move cleanly.
