Parsun Top cowling locking hook assembly

This top cowling locking hook assembly mounts on the bottom cowling and secures the upper engine cover in place.

Built as a latch-style Parsun spare part, it helps keep the cowling closed while still allowing quick access for routine service on F20A and F20AEFI outboard engines.
