F15-01010311 is the nylon bush used as a bearing surface in the rotary bracket assembly on Parsun F15, F20A and F20AEFI outboards.
Installed alongside the orientation bush and related pivot hardware, it supports the joint, reduces wear and helps the bracket turn smoothly under load.
