F15-03000003 is the seal used with the exhaust clapboard partition in the upper-casing assembly of Parsun F15 outboard motors.
It seals the dividing-wall section of the exhaust passage and should be replaced if inspection finds wear, cracking or other damage in the clapboard sealing area.
