This cartridge-style filter removes dirt and sediment before fuel reaches sensitive carburetor and pump parts on smaller Parsun outboards.
It belongs in the fuel system between the surrounding hose assemblies, and replacing it helps preserve smooth running when contamination begins to restrict flow.
