Terms of Purchase

1. General

These terms apply to all purchases made through parsun.eu, operated by KM Gruppen AB, Telegramvägen 44, 132 35 Saltsjö-Boo, Sweden (VAT: SE556718227301).

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Prices and Payment

• All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
• Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

3. Shipping

• Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.
• In-stock items are typically dispatched the same day if ordered before 14:00 CET.
• Delivery times vary by destination within the EU.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

• Parts marked as "Special Order" — these are ordered specifically for you and are not held in our regular stock.
• Electronic parts and components — we cannot verify the functionality of returned electronic items.
• Items that have been installed, used, or are no longer in their original condition.

Return Process

1. Contact us at info@parsun.se within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Return the items in their original, unused condition and packaging.
3. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
4. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

5. Warranty

All parts are covered by the statutory EU warranty of 2 years against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper installation.

6. Limitation of Liability

KM Gruppen AB is not liable for any indirect damages, loss of use, or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased parts.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
