Mounted higher in the steering handle stack, F4-01000009 is the upper handle bushing used on Parsun F2.6 and F4 outboards.
Together with the lower bushing, it helps guide the steering shaft and reduce side play during handle movement.
Compatible with Yamaha 68D-G2171-00.
