Part of the tilt-angle and lock linkage on Parsun F25 and F40 outboards, this orientation lever works with the rod bracket, springs and bracket arms to set or release the bracket position.
It is a small control lever in the Bracket 1 mechanism rather than a general-purpose fastener or spacer.
