F15-07130202 is the drive pawl used in the recoil starter assembly of Parsun F15, F20A and F20AEFI outboard motors.
It swings into engagement during pull-start operation to help transmit rotation from the starter wheel into the starter mechanism, working together with the pawl link and tension spring.
Compatible with Yamaha 63V-15741-00.
