F15-02000006 is the quadrate seal used at the water pipe connection in the cooling system of Parsun F15 outboard motors.
It seals the pipe junction in the upper-unit water passage to help prevent cooling-water leakage and should be replaced if inspection shows deformation, erosion or other damage.
