F15-01010302 is the bush fitted in the rotary bracket assembly on Parsun F15, F20A and F20AEFI outboards.
Used together with the nearby nylon washers and bracket hardware, it provides a bearing surface for the rotating joint and helps the pivot mechanism move smoothly.
