F15-13000400W is the engine stop switch assembly used in the forward control box of Parsun remote-control outboards including F15, F20A, F20AEFI, F25, F40 and F60 models.
It provides the manual engine-stop function and the emergency lanyard stop connection that shuts the engine down if the lock plate is pulled free.
