Inside the breather assembly, F4-04010003 is the flap valve that helps regulate crankcase ventilation on Parsun F4 outboards.
The one-way valve action lets pressure escape from the engine while reducing the chance of outside moisture or contamination moving back through the breather.
Compatible with Yamaha 67D-15317-00.
