F2.6-04070005 is the drive pawl used in the recoil starter assembly on Parsun F2.6 outboard motors.
The service manual lists this part as an inspectable starter-drive component and shows it working with the sheave drum and press plate to engage the starter mechanism when the rope is pulled.
Compatible with Yamaha 69M-15741-00.
