F2.6-03000019 is the forward gear assembly used in the lower-unit transmission of Parsun F2.6 outboard motors.

The service manual identifies it as the positive gear assembly removed together with the drive shaft and shift plug during lower-unit disassembly, where it works with the clutch block parts in the gearcase drive system.
