F2.6-00000004 is the control knob for the fuel cock on Parsun F2.6 outboard motors.
The owner manual identifies this control as the open-or-close fuel supply knob used before starting, after shutdown and whenever the motor is tilted for storage, making it the operator-facing part that opens fuel flow to the carburetor or shuts it off to help prevent leakage.
