F15-07130002 is the drive plate spring used in the recoil starter assembly of Parsun F15, F20A and F20AEFI outboard motors.
It loads the drive plate in the starter mechanism so the manual starter can engage and return correctly during pull-start operation.
Compatible with Yamaha 63V-15705-01.
