F15-06020003 is the 20x30x6 drive shaft oil seal used in the lower casing and drive assembly of Parsun F15, F20A and F20AEFI outboard motors.
It seals around the drive shaft in the lower unit to help retain gear oil and block water intrusion, making the size specification important when ordering a replacement.
