When clipped to the operator, F4-01090401 serves as the hang-rope stopper assembly used with the engine stop switch on selected Parsun outboards.
If the operator moves away from the controls, it pulls the stopper free and shuts the engine down through the kill-switch system.
Compatible with Yamaha 6F5-14384-00.
