F4-01000008 is the lower bushing used in the steering handle assembly on Parsun F2.6 and F4 outboards.
It supports the steering shaft inside the handle, helping reduce friction and wear as the handle turns through its normal operating range.
Compatible with Yamaha 68D-G2172-00.
