F15-05000028 is the arrester tightwire assembly used in the recoil starter safety mechanism of Parsun F15 outboards.
It links the starter-side safety parts to the neutral-start system so the engine cannot be started while in gear, and it is adjusted against the starter case marking during service to maintain correct operation.
