F8-04040004 is the oil seal used in the lower casing and drive on Parsun F6A and F9.8 outboard motors.
It seals the rotating lower-drive opening to help retain lubricant in the gearcase while keeping water and debris away from the shaft sealing surface.
Compatible with Tohatsu 369-60111-0.
