F20-00000002 is the mount damper block used in the bracket assembly of Parsun F20A and F20AEFI outboard motors.
It is one of the vibration-isolating damper blocks in the engine mounting system, helping cushion engine movement and reduce vibration transfer through the bracket and transom mounting structure.
