F8-02000002 is the drive shaft oil seal used in the upper casing on Parsun F9.8 outboard motors.
It seals around the drive shaft where it passes through the upper-casing section, helping keep lubricant contained and limiting dirt or water entry at that shaft opening.
Compatible with Tohatsu 3B2-01215-0.
