Rather than acting as a plain spacer, this friction pad assembly provides the drag surface in the Parsun F25 and F40 rotary-bracket stack.
It works with the upper bushing, washer and clamping hardware to control steering resistance at the bracket pivot.
Compatible with Yamaha 648-42528-00.
