F15-06080001 is the lower casing cover used in the lower-unit oil-seal and bearing assembly of Parsun F15 and F20A outboard motors.
It is the protective metal cover that closes this side of the lower casing and works with the adjoining O-rings and oil seal to protect the gear assembly.
