F2.6-04000012 is the intake silencer bush used in the carburetor and intake silencer assembly on Parsun F2.6 four-stroke outboard motors.
The service manual lists it as a paired bushing in the silencer mounting, where it supports the assembly and helps keep the silencer correctly aligned with the adjacent carburetor sealing parts.
