F15-00000009 is the wave washer used in the steering handle and control-system assemblies of Parsun F15, F20A, F20AEFI, F25 and F60 outboard motors.
It provides spring preload in the handle pivot hardware stack and should be inspected for cracks or damage during steering-handle service.
Compatible with Yamaha 90206-13M10.
