F15-07130105 is the arrester used in the recoil starter safety mechanism of Parsun F9.8, F15, F20A and F20AEFI outboard motors.
It forms part of the neutral-start protection system that prevents engine starting when the transmission is not in neutral, working with the tightwire linkage and related springs to hold the starter safety mechanism in the correct position.
Compatible with Yamaha 66T-15794-00.
